Have you ever wondered WHY?  Have you ever pondered your purpose? Have you ever felt lost and wandering in the forest of your life? Do you feel like the dark is your only companion?  Are you drowning in your life?  Have you finally come to the end of yourself?

Are you ready to be walk into the light?  

If so, you have one decision to make. One single footstep to take!  Can you see me? Can you feel me? Can you hear me?   God is calling, are you ready to answer?   The truth is you don’t have to hear me, see me, feel me, JUST simply Reach out! Take my hand, walk with me, if you can’t walk, I promise I will carry you!

This one thing can be the hardest thing you’ve ever done.  Too finally surrender when we can’t do it another minute, another day, or another second.  If you were like me, no belief left, no faith left, no desire to live left, no ability to animate my body any longer, complete SURRENDER is the only thing left.

He will empty us to the barest form of ourselves, (bringing us to the end of ourselves) He strips away our pretenses, our vanity, our ego, he takes our old story and incinerates’ it, he strips us to the very marrow of who we once were.  He uses us that are so ill-equipped to do his purpose because it is in the extreme rebirth that his glory is seen! It is painful, it is merciless, it is unbearable at times, it is in the darkest, longest moments of that pain that we finally SURRENDER.

In the rawness and the surrender, he fills us up so completely and instantaneously.  Our bodies, our souls, our minds shout his love, his joy, his happiness, we cannot do anything but rejoice, sing, dance and worship him that LIVES IN US!   GOD, CREATOR, KING, PRINCE, HOLY SPIRIT, OMEGA, Lives in us… we have all the power of the universe and our GOD in our bodies, our minds, our souls.  The power to heal, the power to transform, the power to change, the power to stand up from our ashes, the power to breathe again, the power to love again, the power to overcome.  That is the power we have inside of us.  Why do we limit it, why do we not believe in it, why do we chose a different path?

God said today through a song that I literally cannot stop listening too. (It is on repeat on my phone and I’ve spent hours listening to it today) The words that tell a story of being thirsty and how to quench that thirst.  The reminder that the simple act of reaching out, surrendering, going to the alter, grabbing onto the hand that has always been stretched towards me is my path, is my journey, is my light.  It reminds me that my vision of drinking from the living water of being fully wrapped in his embrace, surrounded so completely that my soul is fully merged with his light, his love.  This is my truth.
